I started my journey observing a deep disconnect. Brilliant candidates were being overlooked because they didn't have the "proper" formatting on their resumes, while companies struggled to fill roles despite receiving thousands of applications. Early AI tools merely digitized this bias, filtering out candidates based on arbitrary keyword matching rather than true potential.

At Spehre, our foundational philosophy revolves around Ethical AI.
