Lernx runs education programmes for students across India, and we need people to help run them. Two-month remote contract, four to five hours a day, paid against work you deliver.

The role
What you'll own
You join one team, report to its lead, and are accountable for specific work — the same as anyone else on that team.
Marketing
Run outreach for our programmes: contact college societies, draft posts, track which channels bring students in.
Operations
Coordinate online workshops end to end — scheduling, speaker logistics, attendance, follow-up.
Human Resources
Screen incoming applications, schedule interviews, keep the candidate pipeline moving.
What we're looking for
- Reliable on deadlines without being chased. This matters to us more than experience.
- Clear written English — most of the work is messages, documents and calls.
- Genuinely free 4–5 hours a day for the full two months, alongside your classes.
- Comfortable talking to strangers — students, college staff, speakers.
- Open to every student — any school, college or university, any year, any city. Recent graduates are welcome too.
Compensation
What we pay
Pay is tied to work you deliver, signed off by your team lead. It is not a fixed salary, it is not paid for hours logged, and it never depends on recruiting anyone.
Per milestone
Each agreed deliverable carries a set amount, confirmed in your offer before you start.
Signed off
Your team lead confirms the work is done, then payment is released by bank transfer.
On completion
Finishing all two months adds a verified certificate and a written reference.
You are never asked to pay a fee, buy a kit, or sell anything to friends or family.

How we select
We take a limited number each cycle, so this is a real process and not everyone is selected.

Is there any fee?
No. Applying is free and no payment is collected at any stage, for any reason.
Is the payment guaranteed?
No. You are paid for delivered work once your team lead signs it off. It is not a fixed salary, and it never depends on recruiting other students.
Will I get a certificate?
On completing the full two months with your team lead's sign-off, yes — and it is publicly verifiable.
Is this a permanent job?
No. It is a fixed-term two-month contract. Strong performers are considered first when we hire for paid full-time roles, but nothing is promised in advance.
Can I do this alongside college?
That is the intent — it is part-time and remote. You do need four to five hours a day genuinely free.
Who is eligible to apply?
Any student, from any institution, in any year of study — and recent graduates. There is no shortlist of colleges and no entrance test. What matters is that you can commit the hours and follow through.
